By driving transformative solutions, fostering small business growth through the NGA Mentor Protégé Program, and strengthening Department of Defense operations, T&H aims to empower NGA in revolutionizing data processing, enhancing operational flexibility, and shaping the future of GEOINT with mission-focused excellence.
T&H, one of the first small businesses approved by DoD to serve as a Mentor under NGAs MPP in 2011, has over 27 years of experience delivering GEOINT, information technology, and management consulting solutions for the DoD/IC, and Civilian agencies, has participated in the DoD MPP for 14 years mentoring over 6 small businesses. We offer our protégé’s a proven history of thought leadership, industry best practices, and skilled training to enhance their technical service offerings. As a small business, T&H understands the complexities and the nuances of trying to organically grow a business and can attest to the challenges, triumphs, lessons learned and successes that businesses face. We are committed to giving back to the community and continuing to partner with other small businesses to offer the Federal and Civilian agencies robust and unique innovative technology solutions – fostering a win, win, win relationship for all parties.

SpatialGIS stands at the forefront of the GEOINT industry. The company is renowned for harnessing state-of-the-art technology to deliver superior spatial analysis and geospatial data solutions. The company’s dedication to strategic partnerships and community involvement positions it as a vital contributor to the GEOINT community and a catalyst for industry growth.
zSofTech Solutions Inc. (zSofTech) is a Managed Solution Provider offering customers a total solution in the areas of Cyber Security, Data Analytics, AI and Infrastructure and Cloud solutions developing innovative Cyber Security software. This patented software will be able to augment staff lacking resources to defeat cyber criminals and to defend critical assets such as data, intellectual property, and classified information. T&H aims to expand their capabilities in providing enhanced Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) services coupled with innovative solutions, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (MI).
T&H is also excited to partner and collaborate with Fayetteville State University (FSU), in providing key technical training and knowledge transfer to our protégé’s. FSU is the only HBCU offering degrees in both Geospatial Science and Intelligence Studies and is strategically positioned to assist in this training effort, as their students are consistently engaged in the geospatial community, showcasing their research at various conferences and symposia, including the GEOINT Symposium, NC GIS Conference, and ASPRS Conferences. The GEOINT faculty is also heavily involved in funded and volunteer geospatial projects and activities including part of a consortium led by the USGIF to provide GEOINT training for NGAs workforce through the NGA GLAP (GEOINT Learning through Academic Program).
