Calvin celebrated 4 years with the firm on January 16th. Calvin is one of the most highly skilled and experienced Geospatial Intelligence professionals supporting the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) MACSS contract in St. Louis, MO. As a Mentor, Calvin has been responsible for the growth and quality performance of 4 new analysts throughout the training cycle in the analysis and dissemination of timely, accurate, and quality intelligence products. In addition, Calvin has conducted student assessments with new analysts and trainers during feedback sessions to create an open environment for growth and learning to achieve 100% pass rate.
Calvin’s project is mission-essential to the Nation and as such, Calvin and his colleagues were required to continue working on site throughout the COVID-19 epidemic and to this very day. Through the heightened stress level fueled by COVID-19, Calvin continues to delight our NGA customer with the utmost level of focus, attention to detail and professionalism; and without excuses or complaints.
Our NGA customer and our prime contractor, CACI are also recognizing Calvin as one of the top performers for the quarter on the entire MACSS program.
