May 24, 2021 is a pivotal milestone for Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC – Celebrating 25 years of delivering transformative and innovative solutions to Federal, State, and Local Agencies. We are truly honored and grateful to be celebrating 25 years in business at T&H. T&H was established based on a rich history and legacy of entrepreneurship, innovation, community development, and values. People, Integrity, Quality, and Fun is the heart of T&H. T&H is the dream of Rodney E. Thomas and Deana P. Herbert, two African Americans born, raised, and educated in Washington, DC – a dream to make a positive difference through connecting with phenomenal clients, building quality relationships and impacting the nation.
T&H was founded in 1996 and has 25 years of experience supporting many of the nation’s largest and most important public initiatives. Some of our experience includes serving as the prime contractor on transformation, enterprise measurement, business analytics, and business process reengineering contracts with agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Geospatial Agency (NGA), Department of Labor, Department of Housing, and Urban Development (HUD), Veterans Health Affairs, Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Defense, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In addition, T&H serves as the prime contractor and Program/Project Manager on Federal and DoD contracts with a total value in excess of $50 million with a staff exceeding 40 consultants supporting these programs. T&H’s history of performance is reflected in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and independent customer surveys confirming that 100 percent of T&H’s customers are delighted with the quality of our services, commitment to their success, and the expertise of our personnel.
